Series 040 - ASCO Direct Operated Aluminium Low Pressure Gas EN161 G3/8-G1
The ASCO Series 040 is a type of direct operated low-pressure solenoid valve designed for gas pilot and gas burner control in industrial atmospheric and forced draft burners, as well as in kilns and furnaces in process industries. These valves have aluminum bodies and are suitable to withstand up to 150 mbar back pressure, providing a maximum flow rate.
Additionally, they are equipped with features like a resilient soft seating for absolute tight shut-off and a direct lift solenoid design, making them reliable and efficient in controlling gas flow. They are also in compliance with relevant EC Directives and do not require a minimum operating pressure. These solenoid valves are widely used for applications that require precise control of gas flow in industrial settings.
