ASCO series 262 direct operated vacuum valves has a range of special materials and procedures that are designed to avoid molecular contamination. The medium and high vacuum valves are mass spectrometer tested. Series 262 valves dont require a minimum operating pressure and are suitable for low, medium and high vacuum. The solenoid valves satisfy all relevant EC Directives.
