Description

ASCO series U290 features high flow rates due to the angled seat design of the valve and also has a anti-waterhammer design (fluid entry under the disc) to prevent damage to the valve. Has a vacuum operation up to 10 bar and comes with piston-type operators 32mm rotatable through 360 degrees. Version recommended for rapid-cycling steam applications. Valves satisfy Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC, article 3.3.
