ASCO 342A8403AN series 342 stainless steel filter, regulator and filter/regulator are intended for a corrosive environment and suitable fir use in potentially explosive atmospheres caused by gases, vapors, mists and dust. SIL certified, functional safety: IEC 61508. All internal metal parts are in 316 SS, elastomers in low temperature FPM. Built-in overpressure relieving function.

FEATURES

• Stainless Steel filter, regulator and filter regulator intended for corrosive
  environment and suitable for use in protentially explosive atmosphere caused by
  gases, vapours, mists and / or dust according to: (ATEX directive 94/9/EC).
• SAFETY CODE:
• II 2GD c IIC T100°C (T5), with 80°C ambient temperature
• II 2GD c IIC T85°C (T6), with 75°C ambient temperature
• Functional Safety: IEC 61508, SIL certified
• Compliance with the essential health and safety requirements has been assured with European Standards EN13643-1 and EN13643-5
• All internal metal parts in 316 stainless steel, Elastomers in low temperature FPM
• Built-in overpressure relieving function (Threaded as an option)
• Moisture removal by centrifugation of the air, 5 and 25 microns filtering element
  
• Large operating temperature -40°C to +90°C (-50°C option available)
• Body, bonnet and internal metal parts in stainless steel according to ASTM A351/NACE MR 01.75
